  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9 AM–5 PM PST, excluding major holidays.

  • Typically, orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom, monogrammed, or special-order ties may take up to 5 business days to process.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with order details and estimated delivery times.

2.2 Shipping Options and Rates

Domestic Shipping (U.S. addresses):

  • Standard Shipping (USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail):

    • Delivery: 3–7 business days.

    • Flat rate: USD $5.00 for orders under $50; free for orders over $50.

  • Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail Express or UPS 2‑Day Air):

    • Delivery: 1–3 business days.

    • Rate calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

  • Overnight Shipping:

    • Delivery next business day (if ordered before cutoff time).

    • Rate calculated at checkout.

International Shipping:

  • Delivered via USPS International First Class, USPS Priority Mail International, or UPS Worldwide.

  • Delivery times vary: 7–21 business days.

  • Shipping cost calculated during checkout based on destination and weight.

  • Customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees may apply; these are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to customs delays.

  • The United States (all 50 states and DC)

  • Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and most countries in Asia, South America, Africa, and more.

2.4 Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

  • Click the tracking link to view estimated delivery date and current location.

  • If the link isn’t updating after 48 hours, email us and we’ll investigate.

2.5 Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Contact us at helpline@kimasevan.com if your package seems lost or severely delayed.

  • We will:

    1. Investigate with carrier.

    2. If confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.

    3. Note: international packages may take longer to declare lost due to customs processes.

2.6 Address Issues

  • Incorrect addresses may incur shipping fees for redelivery.

2.7 Gift Orders

  • We offer gift packaging at checkout.

  • Gift recipients won’t see prices on packing slips.

  • The invoice is sent electronically to the purchaser only, keeping the gift surprise intact.

2.8 Returns & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of delivery—see criteria below:

  1. Tie is unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact.

  2. Item in original packaging, including tie box.

  3. Returned with receipt or proof of purchase.

  4. Custom, clearance, monogrammed, or special-order ties are non‑returnable unless defective.

2.9 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email helpline@kimasevan.com with order number and reason.

  2. We’ll send a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Pack the tie securely; include all original materials.

  4. Ship to our returns address.

  5. Save your tracking info.

2.10 Return Shipping Costs

  • U.S. returns: customer covers shipping unless item is defective/damaged.

  • Exchanges: we cover reshipment cost on U.S. exchanges.

  • International returns: customer pays shipping; duties/refunds processed at product value only.

2.11 Refund Process

  • We inspect the returned item upon receipt.

  • If eligible, refund issued to original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Refund excludes original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).

  • If ineligible, we notify you—items may be returned or donated if unclaimed.

  • Available for identical style/size/color or different item—subject to availability.
